To ensure a long life for your sofa, please keep the following procedures in mind :
- Leatherette products need to undergo periodic maintenance to prevent cracking or peeling in the long run. For long product life, Vinyl conditioner or leather conditioner needs to be applied to the product every 3-4 months.
- Velvet is prone to marking, so be mindful not to leave anything heavy resting on your furniture for too long as this can cause marks and dents. Should this happen, pressure marks can be easily removed through light steaming and brushing the affected area.
- To help prevent wrinkles, especially on sofas or armchairs where cushions and covers can be removed, it’s worth turning and shaking them regularly. This will help to avoid any long-term creases which may be more difficult to remove.
- Avoid outdoor use and exposure to water or prolonged moisture.
- Avoid exposure to direct heat or sunlight as this can cause the sofa colour to fade.
- Keep sharp objects away from your sofa. A little tear on the fabric cover may be hard to repair.
- Try to avoid food and drink spillage of any kind. If spills occur, do not leave unattended.
- To make it more durable, get your sofa professionally cleaned once every 6-8 months. It will also take care of the nooks and corners that you can't reach.
- In case of cancellation of this order or any Made To Order product (“MTO”) within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated.
- Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 25% of the order value as a restocking fee.
